Curtis G. Clark is a retired federal civil servant with a distinguished career spanning multiple U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Treasury, Department of Agriculture, and the Army Corps of Engineers. With decades of enterprise-level leadership in information technology, physical security, and operations management, Mr. Clark brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to everything he does.

As a founding member of the DHS Office of Inspector General, Mr. Clark served as Director of Security and Asset Management, where he spearheaded the development of innovative security strategies across 30 locations nationwide. He built and led high-performance teams responsible for physical security, intrusion detection, access control systems, information protection, personnel security, and continuity of operations — covering sites across the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

A graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) as a Physical Security Specialist, Mr. Clark has deep experience in large-scale disaster planning, business disaster recovery, and COOP program development.

Beyond his federal career, Mr. Clark has made meaningful contributions to education, teaching courses in Network Design, Emergency Management, and instructing computer and communications networking courses at institutions across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maryland. 

He is a Certified Business Resilience Manager and is currently a Licensed and Registered Private Investigator in the State of South Carolina, and formerly Registered Private Investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
